Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fuses), and carpentry.
- Inspect facilities periodically to identify and resolve issues, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.
- Conduct minor repairs on office equipment, furniture, and fixtures as needed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of office events, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, restrooms, and workspaces.
