We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Research & Development to lead the innovation pipeline for our esteemed client, a rapidly expanding enterprise focused on sustainable agricultural solutions within the Murehwa, Mashonaland East Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives in agriculture.
- Lead and mentor a team of scientists, researchers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation, feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, to successful market launch.
- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient and effective delivery of initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, scientific advancements, and market trends relevant to agricultural innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, quality control protocols, and intellectual property best practices.

Required Skills
