Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documentation, including waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
- Accurately update and maintain inventory records using our logistics software, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage, picking, and packing of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to schedule pickups and deliveries, and provide necessary dispatch information.
- Track the status of shipments and provide updates to internal teams and, when required, to clients.
- Support the logistics team in resolving discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or documentation.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for all logistics operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse and office environment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
