As a Hotel Lounge Attendant, you will be the cornerstone of our guests’ premium experience within the exclusive lounge area. Your primary mission will be to anticipate and fulfill the needs of our discerning guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and privacy are upheld at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet guests entering the lounge, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs and requests, delivering exceptional personalized service.
  • Serve food and beverages, adhering to presentation and quality standards of a luxury establishment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of the lounge area at all times.
  • Assist with express check-in and check-out processes for exclusive lounge guests.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and replenishment of lounge supplies, including food, beverages, and amenities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide accurate information, and efficiently resolve minor issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and other hotel services.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.

  • A diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
