Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and reset dining areas efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, and restrooms.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
