Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms.
- Support kitchen and dining staff with basic food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, such as delivering amenities or providing directions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, unclogging drains) or report larger issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, alerting supervisors when stock levels are low.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
