Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Load and unload materials onto the production line efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of production, identifying and reporting defects.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production inconsistencies to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to 5S principles and hygiene standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, company regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) without exception.
- Assist with routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments as instructed.
- Accurately complete production logs, reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
Required Skills
- Ability to operate and monitor production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg regularly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a diverse environment.

- Proficiency in German or English (minimum B1 level for effective communication).
