Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Provide technical support and training to operators on equipment use and basic maintenance procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Machinery Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including reading wiring diagrams and using multimeters.
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with CNC machines, robotic systems, and automated production lines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both German and English (B2 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
