Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, from pre-award activities through close-out.
- Interpret and analyze complex government solicitations, RFPs, and tenders.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop, negotiate, and administer various types of government contracts, including amendments and modifications.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing proactive solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (legal, finance, project management, business development) to develop comprehensive contract strategies.
- Monitor contract performance against key deliverables, manage changes, and resolve contractual disputes or issues.
