Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans in designated areas.
- Hand wash specific items as required, ensuring thorough cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and countertops.
