Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of e-learning course production from conceptualization to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract and structure educational content effectively for online delivery.
  • Work with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into engaging and interactive course activities and assessments.
  • Coordinate with multimedia developers (video, graphics, audio) to integrate diverse content types seamlessly into courses.
  • Oversee content review cycles, gather feedback, and implement revisions from stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure all course materials comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and internal brand guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all course components before deployment.
  • Stay current with e-learning trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance course offerings.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and potential challenges.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-learning course production or digital content development.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content upload processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communications, or a related field.
