We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented A&R Administrator to join our vibrant team in Oxshott, Surrey. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our Artist & Repertoire (A&R) department, playing a pivotal role in the discovery, signing, and development of new musical talent. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of A&R activities and facilitating effective communication across various departments and with external partners.

You will manage crucial documentation, coordinate meetings, track artist submissions, and assist with project management for releases. Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support to the A&R team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage and organise artist submissions, demos, and creative materials, ensuring proper cataloguing and follow-up.
- Prepare and process various documents, including contracts, agreements, and release forms, liaising with legal and business affairs departments.
- Coordinate and schedule A&R meetings, showcases, and recording sessions, both internally and externally.
- Maintain and update artist databases, contact lists, and project trackers with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for A&R projects and departmental expenses.
- Facilitate communication between the A&R department and other internal teams such as Marketing, Promotions, and Legal.
- Conduct research on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to support A&R strategies.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial paperwork related to A&R activities.
- Support the onboarding process for new artists, ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
