Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring all items are presented attractively and delivered promptly.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, seating areas, and surrounding beach premises.
- Restock bar supplies, inventory, and ingredients, communicating low stock levels to management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of bar equipment and seating.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
