Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using our booking system.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and prepare daily reports.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, upholding presentation standards.
  • Assist in resolving guest issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence with courtesy.
  • Uphold security and safety protocols for guests and the premises.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (1+ years)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and standard office applications (MS Office)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Experience with specific property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • First Aid and CPR certification
