Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely dispense fuel into customer vehicles, following all safety protocols.
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, including fuel pumps, forecourt, and restrooms.
- Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, oil levels) as requested by customers.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks and report major equipment issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, as required.
