Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our globally distributed team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues and trends relevant to various industries.
- Collect, process, and analyze sustainability data from diverse sources, including corporate reports, databases, and external benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain data management systems to track and report on key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the assessment of client sustainability performance against recognized frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs).
- Identify and evaluate potential sustainability risks and opportunities for clients, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability considerations into client strategies and operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging sustainability regulations, best practices, and technological advancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Career.zycto's sustainability methodologies and tools.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, research, and report writing, ideally within a sustainability context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, UN SDGs).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
