Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Workflow Assistant to join our dynamic team in Al Rashidiya, Ajman. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and standardizing our internal IT processes, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced productivity across various departments. You will work closely with IT managers and team members to analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Your day-to-day will involve documenting current IT procedures, creating comprehensive user guides, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base for common IT issues. You’ll be a key player in implementing new workflow tools and technologies, assisting with their configuration, and providing essential training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. You will also assist in basic IT support tasks, incident logging, and follow-up, ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing IT workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Document current IT procedures, create detailed process maps, and maintain comprehensive user guides.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of new workflow automation tools and software.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and optimized workflows.
  • Monitor implemented workflows for effectiveness, gathering feedback and proposing continuous enhancements.
  • Perform basic IT troubleshooting, incident logging, and assist in tracking resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of an IT knowledge base and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and integrate solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT workflow principles and process analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications
