Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior mixologists and bartenders with daily bar operations, including setup and breakdown.
- Learn and prepare fresh ingredients, garnishes, and syrups according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
- Observe and learn cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, and proper serving methods.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stocking shelves and monitoring supplies.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering basic inquiries when appropriate.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Actively participate in training sessions and embrace continuous learning opportunities.
- Develop a foundational understanding of different types of spirits, liqueurs, and wines.
