Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective sponsorship clients across various industries.
  • Develop and present tailored sponsorship proposals that align with client marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of sponsor satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in sponsorship, advertising, or media sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
