Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive online training modules, course materials, and assessments related to various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, content marketing, etc.).
- Deliver engaging and interactive live online training sessions, webinars, and workshops to clients and internal teams using virtual collaboration tools.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to cater to diverse learning styles and technical proficiencies, from beginners to advanced users.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to learners, facilitating discussions and Q&A sessions to ensure understanding and application of concepts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and online learning methodologies to keep training content current and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing teams, and client success managers to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage training schedules, participant registration, and technical logistics for online sessions efficiently.
- Create and maintain a resource library of training materials, guides, and FAQs for ongoing learning support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and delivering engaging online training programs, ideally within digital marketing or a related technical field.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills in a virtual environment.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and e-learning authoring tools.
