Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build rapport.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to company communication policies and procedures, including data privacy.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with MS Office Suite.

  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian).
