Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Ybor City, Tampa, as a Cleaner – Visa Assistance Specialist. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying waste bins.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring all supplies are replenished regularly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs for replenishment.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Assist employees with the preparation and submission of visa applications, renewals, and other immigration-related paperwork.
  • Organize and maintain confidential employee immigration files and records with utmost discretion.
  • Schedule and coordinate visa appointments and interviews for staff as required.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, immigration attorneys, and relevant government agencies.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and company policies.
  • Support general office administrative tasks as needed to maintain operational flow.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial or office cleaning.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience assisting with visa applications or other immigration-related processes.
  • Knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures and documentation.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish), preferred but not required.
