Key Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and execute the company's comprehensive R&D strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and research to prototyping, testing, and commercialisation.

- Establish and maintain intellectual property strategies, including patent applications and trade secret protection.

- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
