Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing provided lead lists to identify new business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate Career.zycto's value proposition and introduce our comprehensive suite of products/services.
  • Qualify leads by engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, challenges, and budget.
  • Skillfully schedule product demonstrations, introductory calls, and follow-up meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions, call details, and lead status within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and qualified leads generated.
  • Collaborate actively with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales pitches.
  • Provide initial assistance and information for basic customer inquiries, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, articulation, and active listening abilities.
  • Proven persuasive skills with the capability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Resilience and professionalism in handling objections and rejections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong results-orientation with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full professional fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
