Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Fashion Sales Representative to join a chic boutique store located in the bustling Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge across all merchandise, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, current, and reflect brand standards.
  • Organize and restock merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring all items are correctly priced and neatly presented.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and local market demands.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of current fashion trends and styling techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., ability to converse in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
