Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead decorators and event planners with the setup and dismantling of event decor elements.
- Unpack, assemble, and position various decorations including furniture, linens, lighting, floral arrangements, and thematic props.
- Carefully handle and transport delicate decor items to and from event venues.
- Ensure all decor is set up according to design plans, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking items in and out, and reporting damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, vehicles, and storage facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during setup, adapting to unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to strict timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of setup tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
