Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor production line staff, fostering a highly motivated and skilled team.
  • Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall output.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, quality reports, and inventory documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management on quality, output, and operational efficiency.
