Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (e.g., product listings, store descriptions, ads) against Shopify's policies and guidelines.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates terms of service, including removal, editing, or escalation.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in content review decisions.
- Document and categorize content violations for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Stay informed about current content trends, policy updates, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., policy, legal, support) to clarify guidelines and address complex content issues.
- Provide constructive feedback on policy effectiveness and tool improvements.
