Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Coordinator to join our growing online marketing team in Homa Bay. As an Affiliate Coordinator, Online Growth Strategist, you will be instrumental in expanding our digital footprint and driving customer acquisition through strategic partnerships. This pivotal role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve our ambitious growth targets. You will be at the forefront of our online expansion efforts, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with affiliates, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing innovative strategies to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners through various outreach methods and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and incentives.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, analyzing trends and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional activities.
  • Implement and test new affiliate marketing strategies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions, as well as relevant advertising regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnership management.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, managing, and optimizing successful affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and reporting tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, HasOffers).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing in an affiliate context.
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan digital market and consumer behavior.
  • Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Fluency in Swahili is an added advantage.
