Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making selections.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and products are neatly arranged.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and merchandising new stock deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure all pricing and promotional signage is correct and up-to-date.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and communicating effectively.
- Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
