Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe and comfortable transportation of patients between departments, using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and medical equipment under supervision.
- Replenish medical supplies and linen in patient rooms and treatment areas, ensuring availability for healthcare staff.
- Provide basic patient comfort care, such as repositioning, assisting with mobility, and responding to call bells promptly.
- Support nursing staff with non-clinical tasks to enhance patient care and streamline daily operations.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including infection control guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate actively in all required training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
- Report any observed changes in patient condition or environmental safety concerns to the appropriate staff.
