Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, and patient record maintenance.
  • Learn and apply best practices for patient flow management to ensure efficiency and minimize wait times.
  • Support front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies, stocking, and tracking usage.
  • Shadow experienced staff to understand billing procedures, insurance verification, and payment processing.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support clinic operations and reporting.
  • Learn and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance operational knowledge and skills.
  • Provide support to clinical staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
