Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and professional support.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, guiding them through technical processes and platform functionalities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
