Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Process guest check-outs, handle payments, and assist with any final inquiries or requests.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using property management systems.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for positive resolutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Process wake-up calls and special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold hotel security and safety procedures at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in German and English (both C1 level or higher).
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and a professional, polished appearance.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in a hotel front desk or similar customer service role.
