Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, ensuring all areas are secure.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any irregularities.
- Control access to the estate, verifying identities of visitors and ensuring proper authorization.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and visitor logs.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and visitors.
- Liaise with local law enforcement when necessary and provide assistance as required.
- Report any suspicious activities or potential security threats to estate management.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, assisting with inquiries related to security.
- Conduct routine checks of all entry and exit points, including gates and fences.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong observational and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to operate security equipment and systems (CCTV, alarms).
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
