Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior UX Researchers in planning and executing various research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
- Support the recruitment and scheduling of research participants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Take detailed notes and actively observe user interactions during research sessions.
- Help organize and synthesize research data, contributing to affinity diagrams, user personas, and journey maps.
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to understand research objectives and communicate findings effectively.
- Contribute to the creation of research reports and presentations, helping to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Maintain and organize research tools, materials, and participant databases.
- Stay informed about current UX research trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide administrative support for the UX research team as needed.
