Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients entering the bank lobby, providing a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage client flow and direct individuals to appropriate tellers, financial advisors, or specialized service areas.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and offer immediate assistance or solutions.
  • Assist clients with basic banking technologies, including ATM transactions, online banking registration, and mobile app navigation.
  • Answer general inquiries about bank products, services, and policies, or direct clients to the correct resources.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment, ensuring all necessary forms and marketing materials are well-stocked.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other bank services or products based on their needs.
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and discretion, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Support branch staff with light administrative tasks and special projects as requested.
