Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients entering the bank lobby, providing a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage client flow and direct individuals to appropriate tellers, financial advisors, or specialized service areas.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and offer immediate assistance or solutions.
- Assist clients with basic banking technologies, including ATM transactions, online banking registration, and mobile app navigation.
- Answer general inquiries about bank products, services, and policies, or direct clients to the correct resources.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment, ensuring all necessary forms and marketing materials are well-stocked.
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to other bank services or products based on their needs.
