Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with detailed explanations of daily specials and recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, proactively addressing any concerns or requests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring cutlery and condiments are readily available.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas, and preparing for the next service shift.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting
