Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and assess international candidates for various professional roles, with a focus on healthcare and social service sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, career goals, and cultural adaptability.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates on interview preparation, resume optimization, and professional development.
- Assist candidates in understanding the nuances of international employment, including visa processes, licensing requirements, and cultural expectations.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and international employers, facilitating effective communication and mutual understanding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering ongoing support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and ethical recruitment experience.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of international recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required Skills
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Social Work license (LCSW preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social work, counseling, or case management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
