Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal belongings efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing helpful information about services and amenities.
  • Assist with vehicle parking and retrieval services for guests, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing guest deliveries, mail, and packages securely and discreetly.
  • Provide accurate and engaging information about local attractions, dining, and directions within Thompson.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inviting appearance of the lobby, entrance, and bell carts.
  • Respond promptly, courteously, and effectively to all guest requests and inquiries.
