Career.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives in Rusape, Manicaland Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business objectives and talent strategy.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance training.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, adapting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and department heads to integrate L&D initiatives into overall talent management and succession planning.
- Research and implement innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery and engagement.
- Promote a strong learning culture within the organization, encouraging continuous personal and professional growth for all employees.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools).
