Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of a central repository for all compliance-related records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Conduct preliminary research on data protection regulations (e.g., UAE Data Protection Law, GDPR principles where applicable) to support compliance efforts.
  • Help track and monitor compliance deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits and assessments of data handling practices, documenting findings and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for compliance reporting and documentation updates.
  • Assist in developing training materials related to data compliance best practices for internal staff.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the compliance team.
