We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Ticket Booth Attendant. In this essential front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently sell tickets, process various forms of payment, and provide accurate information about events, attractions, and venue policies.

You will be instrumental in managing cash floats, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our point-of-sale (POS) systems. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all visitors and patrons with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Accurately process ticket sales and payments (cash, credit/debit, mobile payments) using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide comprehensive and up-to-date information regarding event schedules, attraction details, pricing, and venue policies.
- Manage and reconcile daily cash float, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and preparing daily reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting ticket booth environment.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all security, cash handling, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist with directing guests and managing queues to ensure efficient flow.
- Operate and troubleshoot basic issues with ticketing and payment equipment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and other departments.
Required Skills
