Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
  • Learn to use various documentation tools and content management systems to publish and maintain documentation.
  • Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, grammar, consistency, and adherence to established style guides.
  • Help maintain documentation repositories, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving documentation processes and user experience.
  • Conduct basic usability testing of documentation to ensure it meets user needs.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
