Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the precise setup of banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Efficiently serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to established service standards and ensuring timely delivery.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, service stations, and storage rooms before, during, and after events.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet rooms, including clearing tables, dismantling setups, and proper storage of equipment.
- Replenish supplies as needed, ensuring all service areas are adequately stocked.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, banquet captains, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
