Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain all buffet stations with proper food presentation, appropriate utensils, and decor according to company standards.
- Monitor food levels on the buffet, replenish items promptly, and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries, offering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of buffet areas, serving utensils, and surrounding dining spaces throughout service.
- Clear dirty dishes and ensure tables are clean and ready for new guests.
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of buffet items.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide outstanding service.
- Assist in breakdown and cleaning of buffet stations at the end of service.
