Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that meet business requirements.
- Connect to various data sources (databases, data warehouses, cloud data platforms) and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) as needed.
- Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting rigorous testing and validation of developed solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau usage and self-service analytics best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Tableau solutions, data sources, and processes.
- Stay current with Tableau features, industry trends, and data visualization best practices.
- Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer or similar BI role.
