Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses, including market pricing, pay equity reviews, and internal equity assessments.
- Participate in and analyze salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning and identify market trends.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job families, and job leveling guidelines.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of base pay, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and management on compensation-related issues, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Prepare compensation reports, presentations, and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Ensure compensation programs comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases and bonus payouts.
- Support compensation-related projects, such as system implementations or policy revisions.
- Educate employees and managers on compensation philosophies and programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Familiarity with compensation methodologies, job evaluation, and market pricing principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly and concisely.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles and compensation best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
