Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff to the office, providing an excellent first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for management and staff.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supplies inventory management, ordering, and reconciliation to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department with efficiency and courtesy.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
- Ensure compliance with office security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
