Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as per hotel guidelines.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring proper handling of soiled items.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage rooms.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, informing management when supplies are low.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Follow lost and found procedures meticulously.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
