Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as per hotel guidelines.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring proper handling of soiled items.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage rooms.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, informing management when supplies are low.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Follow lost and found procedures meticulously.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
